Elara Beauty offers a range of beauty treatments, specialising in anti-aging facials and luxury hair extensions. All treatments are subject to availability and appointment booking.

 

3. Booking & Appointments  

Booking: All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in-person at our salon.

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

Late Arrivals: Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling or cancellation at our discretion.

Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your deposit.

 

4. Payments  

Accepted Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, and other digital payment methods as specified on our website.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.

 

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy  

Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel your appointment.

Services Rendered: Refunds are not provided for services already rendered.

Dissatisfaction: In case of dissatisfaction, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.

 

6. Health & Safety

Disclosure: Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before treatment.

Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a client’s health condition is deemed unsuitable for a service.

Patch Tests: Patch tests may be required before certain treatments, such as facials.

Insurance: We maintain appropriate public liability insurance to protect both our clients and our business.
