Elara Beauty Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Elara Beauty, we value your time and strive to provide the highest quality service to all our clients. To ensure a smooth and fair scheduling process, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: Cancellations & Rescheduling: - We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service cost. - No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost. - If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment, which could incur a fee. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unforeseen circumstance, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Deposits & Prepayments: - Some appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking. - Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if the change is made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
